many such companies have either bought
new systems or will be reviewing their
IT strategy in the near future. However,
there is a hidden cost to such systems that
does not come to light until the purchase
has been made. Business managers
can end up becoming slaves to their IT
systems rather than masters of it. Some
IT systems increase workloads rather than
streamlining business processes and many
are so badly configured that they cannot
produce the required results. Another
problem is that they do not have the
flexibility to expand with the business. |
There is no call-out charge for our support contract
customers and there is a fixed predefined hourly rate. If a
client requires the services of an IT professional for only
two hours a month, we will charge them for two hours’ work.
There are no fixed annual charges, clients only pay for what
they need when they need it. Focusing on the local SME community
ensures we are able to provide our customers with corporate
quality local IT services within the constraints of SME budgets.
