| As a perimeter based solution mailminder operates away from your network at the internet level. Your email passes through our secure servers where junk email, spam and viruses are removed. Only genuine email is then forwarded on to your network in real time. |
| Using a granular approach, acceptable email settings are chosen by you. You also have access to quarantined emails i.e. the email that appears to be spam and you can opt to release these from mailminder direct to your mailbox. Entire domains (such as online auction sites) can be blocked completely, ensuring that your staff are focusing on your business. |
